Sarah Timpe

Living in the mountains of Aspen, CO before moving to Denver, Sarah has developed a love for the outdoors and respect for the human body. She has worked with clients of all ages and physical abilities. Sarah is known for her innovative, challenging, and motivational workouts, which are always tailored to the goals of the person she is training. Sarah feels training workouts are important for building that essential foundation of fitness for optimal performance, injury prevention and for overall health and well-being.
Sarah is part of the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and is a certified fitness trainer, TRX Suspension Trainer, and TRX Group Suspension Trainer. Sarah believes personal training works because every exercise is designed to achieve a person’s individual goals. She feels training is a way to not only help the client with their physical needs, but that it answers the question most people have of “WHY” certain repetitions are important, while giving you the satisfaction that all your hard work is striving for the maximum effect.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking, hiking, tennis, and completing a challenging workout of her own!
