Amy Hoh

After working as an Auditor and teaching general fitness classess for many years, Amy decided to switch gears and dive full on into the education, training and practice of "all things strength and endurance".

In the past 9 years Amy has attended over 20 national fitness conferences and intensive trainings on Aerobic Base Building for cardiovascular endurance and Kettle Bell and strength training techniques for muscular endurance. Along with this she has found what she calls "the magic formula" for weight control and she leads a very successful weight loss program at the LAC.

Amy leads Weight Loss and Endurance camps at the Longmont Athletic Club several times a year and her participants have found great success and huge results. Amy's weight loss program has become a life changer especially for those with disordered eating and women going through menopause - people who feel they have lost control. It is a program that teaches healthy eating and heart rate training that leads to the weight control and confidence that so many people are missing in their lives.

Amy teaches daily Spinning and Kettle Bell classes for the Longmont Athletic Club. Functional strength, muscular endurance and heart rate training are the main focus of all of Amy's classes.

Amy is an endurance athlete currently training for a 206 mile (1 day) road bike race, she can't get enough of Kettle Bell training and thrives on new challenges.

Along with that Amy rescues, fosters/adopts and trains homeless deaf dogs - quite a challenge.

Through her endurance training and base building, her weight loss camps and her work with deaf animals - Amy believes for amazing results - the key to achieving your goal is Patience, Consistency and Dedication.
